風味故事｜The Story

這是一款雙層工藝的巧克力。我們選用帶有果香與堅果調性的非洲剛果可可，結合匠焙正叢有機鐵觀音。上層是鐵觀音奶茶巧克力，下層是 72% 剛果黑巧克力，讓焙火茶韻與沉穩可可層層疊加，展開一場關於「深度」的對話。

A chocolate built in two layers. We pair Congolese cacao, known for its fruity and nutty character, with artisan-roasted, true-cultivar organic Tieguanyin oolong. A Tieguanyin milk tea layer sits on top of 72% Congo dark chocolate, so the roasted tea and deep cocoa build on each other.

Tieguanyin is ground and blended straight into white chocolate, keeping its full flavor without bitterness.

雙層工藝｜Dual-Layer Craft
精準控制兩層的凝固溫度與疊放順序，讓奶茶的柔和與黑巧的力度在口中形成清楚的轉折。
We carefully control the setting temperature and layering order of both layers, so the shift from soft milk tea to bold dark chocolate is clear on the palate.

• 慢慢融化 Don’t chew：讓巧克力在舌尖緩慢融化，感受從溫柔茶奶轉向濃郁可可的轉折，這是雙層工藝的精髓。
  Let it melt slowly on your tongue and notice the shift from gentle milk tea to bold cocoa. That transition is the heart of this bar.
• 搭配建議 Pairing：搭配一杯溫熱的木柵鐵觀音或老普洱，讓焙火香氣更加鮮明。
  Pair it with warm Muzha Tieguanyin or aged pu-erh to bring out the roasted notes.
